Customer Reviews

Custom style Hoodie

I ordered this customized hoodie from Stella, and she was absolutely incredible, as an artist and a person! She kept in touch with me as she worked, checking to make sure everything was going to fit me properly. The materials she used are so soft, I never want to take this hoodie off! I would absolutely recommend her work to anyone :)

Questions

Everything you need to know

Why buy my dress from Holder Couture?

Every piece of fabric I use to create your dress has been carefully measured and cut to fit your personal profile. Every item of clothing is hand crafted from high quality materials, sustainably sourced where possible. Each finished item is branded and tagged, so you know you're buying from Holder Couture.
How can I be sure the dress will fit me?

I will collect your measurements through the form on my website, then adjust a paper pattern to those exact measurements. I carefully cut out fabric and sew to fit those measurements, and I re-check at over 6 points throughout construction. I have over 20 years experience creating and completing masterpieces, and my customers tell me time and time again how much they love their dress, and that it fits like a dream.
How long will it take for my dress to arrive?

Packaging, shipping and VAT are included in the item price. It takes from 4-12 weeks to make costumes and clothing. Please see item listing for lead time.

Shipping within UK: Royal Mail Special Delivery 1-7 days
International Shipping: Royal Mail International Parcel 7-21 days

Can I send it back for a refund if I don't like it?

I put so much care and attention into making sure you'll love your dress that I can guarantee you'll love it. I stay in constant contact with you by email, text and social media.

If for any reason you're not happy about something, please let me know right away. No costumes or clothing can be refunded as they are made to measure. You have 24 hours from checkout to request cancellation, as I will start work immediately.

Complete The Look

The Story

An heirloom you'll actually wear.

Most "custom made" fashion items quickly wear out, lose shape or sit relegated to a storage cupboard. Ours are designed to really last - family gatherings, school runs and all those moments you dash to without changing your outfit!

Quality you will want to wear all day, every day.

High quality construction

I only choose the highest quality fabrics, and I only use couture construction techniques. From pure new wool to premium quality lamé, you can be 100% sure your dress will stand up to whatever you put it through.

Sometimes I will use recycled fabrics such as silk from vintage clothing, to upcycle rather than let them go to landfill. I will state this in the listing and prices may be discounted accordingly.

Cutting Edge Design

I use AI to bring my fashion designs to life, but I promise every design you see under Holder Couture is my own creation. Sketched, then textures added in Photoshop before loading into Gemini.

Customers are my priority

I want to ensure you are completely in love with your purchase. You are investing your time and resources and I want to make your experience out of this world.

I will stay in contact with you throughout your journey with me, from questions you have whilst browsing to reminiscing over what a great night out you had.

Let me know what format of communication you prefer and we'll use it throughout to share the journey together.
