Cream maxi dress with chiffon overlay. Zip back.
I made a purple velvet version of this Sheer Gown for someone's wedding, this one is crepe lining with chiffon overlay.
I put a scrunched up pad of fabric around the neckline, which didn't survive my washing machine. Some stitching came loose so I sewed over in some places to hold it.
This was the first time I had ever put a zip in a dress with not only two layers but a sheer chiffon. It didn't turn out 100%, the top of the dress was uneven. I soon learned from this rookie mistake!
