Refund policy

Refund, replace, or exchange any jewellery within 30 days of delivery.

All returned jewellery items must be unworn and undamaged, in the original box, and include any original certificates where applicable.

Restocking fee subject to change and is the manufacturer's decision.

Costume Portal, Holder Couture and items in a sale are not eligible for refund.
