Stewart Tartan trim, high waist skirt

Full skirt, Victorian style

Switch up your big day with these two styles. Traditional White wedding dress or add some Victorian Scottish wedding vibes.

Full circle skirt, floor length. White duchess satin. Lined with charmeuse silk.

Optional train extension to back.

Optional apron style overskirt in red chiffon tulle with Stewart tartan trim. Fastens with a long bow at back tied with D-rings.

Box pleated Stewart tartan trim is hand cut and placed around the chiffon, with organza to stabilise it. D-rings fasten a red chiffon tie down the back. This can be tied flat as shown or into a bow etc. You can purchase an optional clasp or tie online for the D-rings to ensure the bow doesn't slip undone during your Wedding.

Choose from a selection of structured bodices from my up-coming collection to complete your gown.

I don't make veils at the moment. Belt broach and bodice from pictures not included.

Petticoat or hoop skirt can be added to your order, which i will purchase seperately from JJs House and ship to you.

Lead time is minimum please allow up to 6 months for a Wedding Dress.

Every piece of fabric I use to create your dress has been carefully measured and cut to fit your personal profile. Every item of clothing is hand crafted from high quality materials, sustainably sourced where possible. Each finished item is branded and tagged, so you know you're buying from Holder Couture.

I will collect your measurements through the form on my website, then adjust a paper pattern to those exact measurements. I carefully cut out fabric and sew to fit those measurements, and I re-check at over 6 points throughout construction. I have over 20 years experience creating and completing masterpieces, and my customers tell me time and time again how much they love their dress, and that it fits like a dream.

Packaging, shipping and VAT are included in the item price. It takes from 4-12 weeks to make costumes and clothing. Please see item listing for lead time.

High quality construction

I only choose the highest quality fabrics, and I only use couture construction techniques. From pure new wool to premium quality lamé, you can be 100% sure your dress will stand up to whatever you put it through.

Sometimes I will use recycled fabrics such as silk from vintage clothing, to upcycle rather than let them go to landfill. I will state this in the listing and prices may be discounted accordingly.

Cutting Edge Design

I use AI to bring my fashion designs to life, but I promise every design you see under Holder Couture is my own creation. Sketched, then textures added in Photoshop before loading into Gemini.
