All packaging and shipping costs are included in my prices, so you never have to pay anything except the price of the item.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING: The Costume Portal, and Holder Couture clothing items are shipped around the world from my home in Nottinghamshire, I use the Royal Mail tracked option that is sufficient to cover the value of materials. Some items may be sent by Parcel Force or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
The jewellery on my site is generally shipped via USPS International which is about $20, included in item prices. These items ship out from New Jersey, USA.
I deliver to most countries however please let me know if checkout isn't working to your country.

- Handling time: 14 to 90 days
- Shipping within UK: 1-7 days

Handling time for clothing includes pattern drafting and dressmaking, timing dependant on the price point and my workload.
Please allow up to 90 days before any special event for custom clothing. I finished one costume in 2 days, and another took 6 months!
REFUNDS
JEWELLERY IS ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND, CLOTHING IS NOT
Refund, replace, or exchange any jewellery within 30 days of delivery.
All returned jewellery items must be unworn and undamaged, in the original box, and include any original certificates where applicable.
Jewellery payments made by credit card will be refunded to the same card within 3-5 business days after the return is received.
All made to measure clothing including The Costume Portal and Holder clothing brands are non-refundable.
