It says 14k gold. Is this the real thing?
Yes - every item of our jewellery is crafted from high quality materials, not plated or filled. Each piece is hallmarked and some items come with documents validating the genuine materials.
Will it irritate my skin?
For very sensitive skin, we recommend Rose Gold as it is usually a mix of gold and copper, generally hypoallergenic.
Look for Sterling Silver or 'nickel-free' as it is the nickel in jewellery that causes irritation.
Our 14k jewellery is safe for most users. 18k to 24k is the purest (75 - 91.6% pure)
Some of our jewellery is rhodium plated, giving a lovely finish to our silver and white gold pieces. This plating can be re-applied at a specialist every 6-12 months to keep your jewellery 100% safe from causing irritation.
How long does shipping take?
We offer free shipping on all orders.
It takes from 4-12 weeks to make costumes and clothing. Jewellery is ordered same day.
US orders arrive in 2-7 business days, international orders in 11-20 days. Every package is trackable. Please be aware due to the current world fuel shortage, shipping times may be extended.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely in love with your jewellery, return them for a full refund.
Please note we like shiny new and packaged jewellery - sorry but we can't refund you if you've opened and worn them.
No costumes or clothing can be refunded as they are made to measure. You have 24 hours from checkout to request cancellation.
