This project was a Sparkly jacket with skirt. The jacket has ruched sleeves, and crossover front.

The skirt has a full circle cotton petticoat lining and a stretch crinkly floral overlay.

I did not cut the waistband on the bias or stiffen it, so it rolled and stretched out of shape.
